SHIPPING & RETURNS
Products are shipped regularly within 48 hours of your order.
In general, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the “view my order” link, which you will find in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Note: tracking information is available approximately 4 days after shipment.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an initial confirmation email, followed by a second email informing you that your order has been shipped.
Please keep an eye on your order tracking, as your order may sometimes be held at the post office, but the delivery notice may not be in your mailbox.
Good to know: the post office will hold your package for 15 days, after which it will be returned to the sender. You will then be asked to pay a fee to have your order re-shipped.
When you place your order, you have two hours to cancel it using our contact form in the section. Once this period has expired, a refund can only be made once your order has been received in full at our premises.
This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
