REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and preferably in the original packaging.

If your item arrived defective or damaged, please follow the exchange/defect process below.

1) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable time (processing times vary by provider/bank).

2) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account again

• Contact your credit card provider (posting time can vary)

• Contact your bank

3) Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded unless local law requires otherwise. Sale items may be final sale (state your exact store rule here).

4) Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items)

We replace items only if they are defective and/or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, contact us and include:

• Order number (or invoice copy)

• Photo/video proof of the defect/damage

5) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival) or unless local law requires otherwise. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

For items over $75 CAD, consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels without tracking.
